The standard set is pretty much Thunderbolt, but Volt Tackle in it's place gets some notable OHKOs vs 2HKOs, at the cost of obviously breaking a Sash. What about a set with Fling and King's Rock instead for 2 flinches along with Fake Out, Volt Tackle, and Protect/Encore?

I thought so. I still intend to try it and see how it performs though. There is the issue of Intimidate and burns, but I don't think many people would think to try and burn a Raichu.
Volt Tackle is going to be a bitch to breed though. I should really learn to inject before Homebrew is patched.

I like raichu a lot, I'd like to see him put to good use
