Due to their appearance and their lifestyle, Pyukumuku are considered unappealing to tourists. Part-time work chucking Pyukumuku back into the sea is available at tourist beaches. But no matter how far they’re thrown, Pyukumuku will always return to the same spot. Once a Pyukumuku finds a place it likes, it won’t budge from it. If someone moves it away, back it comes to the same spot. If it runs out of food to eat in that spot, it’ll stay there—and starve. The people of Alola found this so pitiful that they developed a tradition of chucking Pyukumuku back into the food-rich sea whenever they come across any thin-bellied Pyukumuku. Pyukumuku are covered with a slippery, viscous fluid that has a moisturizing effect. Pyukumuku can stay on land for a week without drying out. The people of Alola use this fluid for skincare products. Pyukumuku hate to have their spikes and mouths touched, and if you step on one, it will hurl out its fist-like inner organs to strike at you.
I was kind of disappointed with how they did the fist intestines thing. I mean I guess what I was imagining didn't make any sense (like a hugely muscley, veiney arm coming out of its mouth) but it was so much funnier than what it actually is.
why is this website so obsessed with autism?
>>27721819
No, Sea Cucumbers don't have brains they can't be autistic.
Why do so many of Alola's Pokemon have disturbing/depressing dex entries?
>>27721871
Wow, rude. They're not very smart but that doesn't mean they don't have a brain.
If he is,he isn't as the same level of autism as my boyfriend, for sure
>>27721862
Ask Dr. Freud
>>27721917
Nice bait, but nah, sea cucumbers really do physically lack a brain. They just have a collection of nerves
>>27723265
You're going to hurt their feelings if you keep saying that
>>27721871
>>27723265
Why be a dick to animals that have done absolutely nothing to you?
>>27723265
This is entirely false. I am a marine biologist and have spent many human hours studying "sea cucumbers" as you call them. I know for a fact that we have brains.
>>27721819
>chilling in your favorite spot, not bothering anyone
>some human picks you up and hurls you like a ball, into the sea
Pyukumukus have it rough.
>>27723265
>>>/pol/

Say that to my face and not online motherfucker.

>>27723575
>/pol/ meme
Are you 5? Insulting animals for no reason just isn't cool period. Stop entertaining him.
>>27721819
Its an Alolan tradition amongst young boys to dare each other to fuck Pyukumukus that wash up on the beach.
In fact Pyukumukus have adapted to a diet of cum, which is why they keep washing up on the beach.
>>27723265
This honestly makes Pyukumuku kind of cute.
>>27727134
the lack of a brain makes something kind of cute? wha
>>27723446
>we
>>27723265
Pyukumuku a cute! CUTE!
>>27721819
Why didn't the name get localized?
>>27727642

>>27723265
YOU'RE a collection of nerves!
>>27727663
They can give it another name, maybe Gastrocumber?
>>27727642
I thought its japanese name was Namakobushi?
>>27727515
Yes, stupid-cute.
>>27727642
It did.
>>27727693
tummycummy
This name is retarded as shit it's something I will never ever call it
>>27727515
It's hard to explain. It's because it's a living thing and actually has a face and eyes.
Though I'm sure Pyukumuku has a brain, I don't think it could comprehend commands otherwise.
>>27728025

Pokémon aren't just animals. All probably have a brain or some sort of equivalent.
>>27723446
>we
>>27723446
C-can you show me your innards?
>>27725731
just imagine a pyukumyuku punching you in the dick with it's intestines
>>27727571
>>27729598
Uhh, wuz king?
>>27721844
The fact that the intestines look like a fist made me expect the little guy to be water/fighting. Since it isn't, I wonder if an evolution would focus on the fist angle.
>>27730504
it will probably get drain punch/ice punch. Interested to see how they would handle the evolution though, but I feel it's a one off mon.

It's based on a protester.
>>27730553
More of a squatter
>>27730526
I'm not sold on the idea that it's a one off. I half expect it to evolve into something that looks like a one armed Popeye. But I don't think an evolution would keep the Innards Out ability.
>>27730589
That would seem like a waste of a decent competitive ability but the estimated stats suggest its hp stat is decently high already, unless it's defenses are absolute shit (probably is).
Then again Charjabug's Battery ability doesn't carry over to Vikavolt, but that sounds like it doesn't have to be a signature ability. Innards out is most definitely signature to Pyuku.
>>27721871
So you're saying /VP/ have brains.
>>27721819
Pyukumuku is Oscar from Riki-oh.
