Maybe they'll use it for an admin or Guzma fight? Although I highly doubt it'll be used considering all the themes so far has a tropical/Hawaiian vibe to them

Doubtful, this theme really doesn't seem to fit Skull at all. Too much orchestration for their style and you can hear at the 3 second mark what sounds like a gear turning. Maybe they had a different Team in mind originally but switched to Skull for some reason?
