55 is the minimum here, but it could be as high as 100. It's extremely unlikely, but with 0 HP IV's/EV's it would hit 79 HP at lvl 23, so it's in the realm of possibility.

My guess is somewhere around 75-85.

It holds true for basically every trailer so far, even for previous games, if my research into it wasn't faulty. I believe only legendaries are shown with 6 31IVs for the purpose of showing off their power.
