Every Pokemon with a higher BST than Arcanine (555) is either:
>A Legendary
>A Pseudo-Legendary
>A Mega Evo
or
>Has an ability that hinders it (Slaking and Archeops)
Calling it, Wishiwashi's School Form will have high offensive and defensive stats, but will be balanced by not having an ability.
It's also basically this gen's "weak fish" (like Magikarp and Feebas) except instead of evolving, it merges with others.

I'm hoping it gets ludicrously high stats. Like 630 bst, maybe more. I want more stuff like Slaking, but not as severely hindered. Archeops was a step in the right direction imo.

We need something else with a 555 BST. It's weird that Arcanine is the only one, and the only thing that comes close to it is Florges.
I guess it's because Arcanine is majestic and revered and "legendary" and whatnot. It would be pretty cool if they gave Bewear a 555 BST because of all the specific warnings about how dangerous it is.

That looks fine. A defense buff would make sense for its design, if you want to bump it up to 555.
