This Exeggutor outsped my Charizard who had full EV/IV's.
The Exeggutor first used reflect, then used Psyshock.

How in the world was I outsped twice if it's not using a scarf or quick claw?
I sent out an uninvested speed Gliscor next and Gliscor outsped it every single time.
