Looks terrible. Honestly it and Alolan Meowth are my least favorite designs this gen, literally the only things I dislike.

Still looks like shit. It is literally just a recolor, no new design changes, they could have at least given it a different tail or coin. It's a royal family breed so why not give it a diamond or something? It just reminds me of the 6000 Yokai Watch Jibanyan recolors, and even those have more effort put into them than Alolan Meowth because they at least changed its outfit.

And they ruined Raichu. The surfing on the tail thing is cool but the design is really, really bad. Everything is round and cutesy and oh my god it's just disgusting. It looks like the original Raichu got thrown in a machine that turns things into dolls and this was the result. Bleh.

Raichu defensively is a terrible Pokemon. 3 more weaknesses aren't doing it any favors. Electric/ fairy are only weak to ground and poison, immune to dragon and resist bug, dark, fighting, electric and flying... Plus he looks like a fairy...
