I know how you an feel this way, but it's a key feature of a red panda. Really though I think Bewear is fine how it is? There's no improving it IMHO, but I guess anyone is welcome to come up with their own interpretation, so thanks for trying and sharing it.

There's so many things about bewears completely bland design that really bother me.
Did i make it worse?

The only really bad thing about the original are those fucking 'ears'. Make them like, say, Meowth or Jigglypuffs ears and it'd look alright.
