Anime actually ended and in each season they were replaced by new kids. Although I wasnt a fan of the second season, it was nice to see progress being made.

Pokemon was fun but its the game that drive it now, the anime is shit. Most of the kids who were 4-18 when pokemon came out are older now and just dont have the patience to watch that crap. The games are so-so also.

Digimon season 1 had a good story, good character interaction. Decent gigimon and villains, flipped out when warp digivolve happened the first time. Digimon also talked.

Ash, the guy loses even with his level infinity pikachu, even some wild level 1 pidey can whoop its ass. Ash fumbles his way through fights, gets to the championship league only ot lose cause hes a dunce at being a pokemon trainer. Gary was how they should make ash now, decent pokemon trainer who evolves his dam pokemon.

I wish they'd release some of the Jap ones here. They look pretty fun. I also really like raising the digimon, as it's more fun as you have to find perfect partners to fuse them with.

I will say one thing I can't stand about digimon though is some of the level designs are outright tedious or annoying. Then again, the lastest one I played worked on DS level technology more than a decade old.

CS is pretty much the exact opposite. The dungeon designs are so dull and easy to figure out that it's just plain boring.
Most of the fun came from seeing your digimon rip something a new one. Unless it was an eater or other boss where you just have to hack away until it's dead.

Agreeing with this Anon. It was fun to collect Digimon, but it was all very boring and linear. I had more fun grinding and collecting Digimon than I did playing the actual damn game. Even the Seven Demon lord DLC was more annoying than actually challenging. Hitting you with every status in the game =/= hard.

If you don't use macro bots, the game nightmare grindfest full of more work than reward, and lately they've been trying to stuff their hands so far into the pockets of their players it makes me not want to come back because unless you have money or are a cheater.

I played it when I had a lot of free time and was kind of in a slump and had no money to really buy new games and during my Digimon kick, so I became pretty high leveled and got some decent gear, but now there's nothing keeping me in it. This months event even is only for people who have hyper spirits, which take so much time, money and effort to get its barely worth it, not even for their shitty stats which are trumped by Alphamon Oryuken, and everyone and their mom owns an Alphamon because he's one of the few viable Digimon to use if you want to be competitive.

Also it's (poorly) translated now and supports a global version, but it's just, really not worth it.
