It's an alternate form, not an evolution. Plus, that shits is confirmed fake because nothing resembles a sand castle-themed pokemon and there aren't any ghost/ground types on the list.

Yes, but even then the form change seems to have a totally different name(I can't read Japanese besides knowing which is the shi in Yowashi from some katakana studies as a kid).
The no Ghost/Ground types bit would make more sense, unless the list wasn't full.
Also the no pre-evolved form of Bewear.
Just makes me sad, because I SO want a possum pokemon.
