Same concept e4 round 2 is pretty easy but unless you use scarf outrage Dnite for Lance it's pretty hard

If you do it on an emulator, maybe. Gen 4 games are unplayable without 2x/4x speed.

Nope. Pidgeys and boring shitmons everywhere, and if something died after a certain point in the game, then whatever you plan on replacing it with needs to grind up for 20something levels to be equal to the rest of your team (and that's not even getting Ito Kanto).
