Has there ever been a legendary with as much complexity as Zygarde? I mean, first it was just in a cave with no reason, and everyone thought it meant Pokemon Z. But Z never came, and then they released all the forms and stuff for the anime and THEN for the NEXT generation. This doesn't happen very often if not at all.

Design wise Zygarde is one my favourite legendaries. We don't have enough Green legendaries. Use wise, S/M will make him better with the new forms and moves.

I'm happy with exactly how Zygarde turned out, unless you mean the hideous Gundam it becomes later.

It's fun to use, not so OP you have to play with other OP Pokemon to balance it, and I love the design.

Kyurem was on release.

And like Kyurem, Zygarde was designed with an upgrade form in mind.

They peaked with Ho-Oh and Lugia. Those are the ones that really did feel legendary.

I think the only legitimately legendary feeling pokemon were the gen 3 and 4 ones. All the ones before and after don't feel like legendary beings, they just feel like rare pokemon.

It recovers 50% of its HP and transforms it into Complete Zygarde, with stats we don't even know yet. Combine that with Core Enforcer, and Ubers seem like a good possibility.
