I was younger than 10 but this was the earliest team I can remember.

This was all a result of me buying a strategy guide with every game and always using whatever was recommended, which were usually shitty, boring Pokemon. Stopped that once I starting getting into competitive (netbattle) at the time and learning that the guides knew jack shit.

Who the fuck built a team as a kid? I steamrolled every game with just my starter and maybe one backup mon until Gen IV.

Pikachu: Thunder, Slam, Thunderbolt, Flash
Charizard: Fire Blast, Dig, Fly, Strength
Snorlax: Surf, Body Slam
Dugtrio: Dig, Earthquake

If I'm not mistaken, at 10 or 11 I beat the Elite Four using a Kyogre with Surf, Hydro Pump, I think Water Pulse and some other useless Water move.

I avoided status moves like the plague from Gen I onwards, until about Gen IV.

Back in BW2 days,I had a team consisting of:

My star of the team was Volcarona,even though she had a shit moveset of:

Next up is Hydreigon.He was real fun to use in the E4.His moves were:

Empoleon was level 88 at the end of the game.

Luxray was on my team because I forgot about her at the day care center, and was a level 40-something shinx when I took her out.

I found a Clefairy with a moon stone, so I, obviously, evolved it immediately.

I caught maybe 50 bidoofs on the first route and the route north of Jubilife.


It was a fun time.
