This is the most likely scenario. If we get 25 evolutionary lines with Alola Forms, then 10 might be from Generation I while the other generations get three each. We'll probably have less than 25 though. (Note, I said evolutionary lines, not Pokémon.)

No. Gen 1 Alola forms are purely to appeal to the casual norm is picking up SuMo because of Pokemon Go. It makes it easier for them to get accustomed while keeping it fresh for oldfags.
