It does have yellow on it already.

Liepard isn't a cheetah at all. It's a leopard cat.

I'd rather it be Normal/Electric in the vein of Pyroar, only this is slightly less worthless because it lets it get STAB on Extreme Speed.

Either that, or it gets the first Electric priority move (seriously how is there not one already besides Ion fucking Deluge), or it has the Electric equivalent to Gale Wings.

You could call it Overcharge, and it would work on both levels.
