Huge region, gyms and trials, new pokemon mixed with old like XY, but with the new pokemon showing up on more routes while a group of old pokemon will only show up on one specific route or area, so the old don't overshadow the new. Interesting locales and characters.

Pixelmon with better models and more supported land/sea/air mounts, a good resource pack, coded in not java. With a prebuilt map available that has all of the regions replicated and slightly expanded on. Double/triple battles implemented. And cross server functionality on a small scale, including "wi-fi" battles.

Yes, yes, it's a meme but it could work if done properly. What most people don't understand is that there's already a system in place that could facilitate all leagues into the game without the player being able to steamroll through them: the gym obey levels. Say you travel to Hoenn and all your Kanto/Johto mons are 60+. Well, you wouldn't be allowed to use those mons until you get to the gym that unlocks them for you. But instead of "obeying" it would have to be some shit like "league rules" which dictates everything because it wouldn't make sense if your own Pokemon didn't obey you.

If anyone else has any other issues with "all regions" I could address those complaints as well

I'm not the one who just enjoys random online battling after the game only. They're not catering the game to me at all. I want an adventure that feels huge, to the point that it almost feels like it won't end, with lots of interesting characters and content.

I have a general idea of what I'd like to see, but it'd never happen. A meteorite crashes to earth, and a dense, almost impenetrable forest sprouts up around it. The forest swallows most of the region, and only the cities on the edges of the region are unscathed. Your character is an undergraduate/ intern, who the professor sends in on an expedition through the woods to discover more about the mysterious event. Armed only with your starter pokemon, your gear and few of the local rats and birds, you must venture through the jungle and reach its center. You shouldn't get too comfortable however. New, unfamiliar pokemon sulk and slither among the trees, and previous adventurers have escaped the forest with tales of terrain and climate conditions which should be impossible...
