To be fair, hawaii is evolution central with stuff like carnivorous caterpillars, bugs with antifreeze and 51 species of honeycreeper coming from one finch, so the theme fits in general even though it's a broad theme.

do you know how to read? I especifically singled out Comfey and the fish both which do have ties to Hawaii. The rest don't and the Alla forms sure as fuck have no relation to Hawaii so far, unless you consider palm trees exclusive to Hawaii.

Oh is that it's name? I just assumed you typo'd comfy, because the region and Hawaii are comfy as fuck. I basically saw that it was a lei with a hardly identifiable face and discarded it never to care about it again.

Oricorio looks like a iiwi/ honeycreeper to me with the head and more specifically the really distinct bill. They also have the whole different by island thing, and the ghost one referencing Kanto immigrants was a nice touch. Also, the yungoose line in general.

The first Koffing in the Alola region were forced to live in hostile environments due to people and other pokemon that found Koffing's fumes unpleasant. As a result, Koffing only found refuge in the volcanoes of the region. While the gasses inside their body is highly volatile, some Koffing learned to adapt and even thrive deep in the volcanoes.

Design wise: red color, caldera like "pores" with a small trails of smoke leaking out, the skull on their body is the flammable symbol and has moved to the top of its head--a nod to its incorrect sprite from Gen 1.

Design wise, something like pic related but, like Koffing, uses the flammable symbol. The three heads would be a nod to the few game references of Weezing with a third head.
