Haven't hunted shinies in years, actually interested in some things.

Do you guys hunt just to have them or because you want shiny forms of a favorite pokemon? Also do you guys actually use your shinies? What if they have a shitty nature and/or stats?

Nah I'm pretty sure dex nav chains can't be broken, there is no chain. You have the same chance of getting one from first encounter compared to your 200th encounter.

I like them for vanity mostly. I try to get ones that are viable though, like I'll use synchronize and breeding to get ones with good nature/ iv.
