My logic was based on monsters not used in the anime in any big way, ones I've never seen mentioned online or used, and further exluded any mon that is mentioned as most forgettable, because it being "most forgettable" makes it not forgettable. Dewgong being forgettable is laughable despite how often he comes up.

I also excluded legendaries, all of gen 1, any pokemon used in production materials or ranked highly in the card game, and any pokemon who's name immediately came to me when I saw it.

Stop and think about this. If you remembered the Pokemon, is it truly forgettable?

Wormadam is the most forgettable hands down.
Can't get it in the wild or from any in game trades.
No gym leader or elite four member uses it.
It's Bug/Steel form is good defensively but it's terrible BST of 424 leaves a lot to be desired.
And even though this doesn't mean much, but in 115 posts no one has mentioned it yet.
