She was kind of a normie when we met, but once she got into Pokemon, she went in hardcore with moveset/iv breeding, battling and it was great. The whole Touko thing was kind of random too. I liked her as a character and always felt gen5 MCs are the best design-wise, but for this one convention she dressed up as her and it opened up a world where I was fucking a hot pokegirl.

Jersey/Boston would be terrible. Trust me if you think that audio is what a boston accent sounds like that's what one sounds like if someone were trying their hardest to not do a boston accent. The boston accent is terrible.

That's roughly how I picture her. I've said this before, but Hilda and Serena are the perfect game protags for their respective niches.

Hilda's design is the perfect rough-and-tumble action girl. Her outfit and hairstyle scream "I'm gonna move around and I don't give a piss if I get a little dirty." Tomboyish, cheerful confidence is her entire persona.

Serena takes the opposite tract, being the perfect composed, feminine girl. A far more complex outfit and cared-for hairstyle, along with her poise, give the vibe that she'll kick your ass, but remain pristine in doing so. A confidence akin to Hilda's, but with more feminine grace.

In a way, Hilda is the improved form of Kris, while Serena improves on the concept of Dawn.
