I feel that Braixen is a contender for this spot as well, since it's both in Pokkén and is featured quite prominently in the anime as Serena's main Pokémon. I'd honestly be shocked if Serena's ever evolved into Delphox.

With that said, Dewott is personally my favourite middle stage starter Pokémon, and is one of my favourite Pokémon designs overall.
