Pokemon Alchemist was made by an anon on here and it is quite good. Combines the best features of gens 3-5 and creates an original 8 badge region with an evil team and some post game, I'd recommend it.

Pokemon Sage.
It only has one gym right now, but it's still in the works. I love it.

I played the pokemon Sage demo. It's still really early on in development, but it's got a decent amount of polish and is pretty comfy.

Pokemon Insurgence is almost done. Like days away from being done. And Pokemon Uranium is a great fan game with fake mon coming out this Saturday.

Uranium's lineup seems really odd. Is it worth looking past some of the designs?

Insurgences fakemon and gameplay are pretty good, but the plot is kinda convoluted and the soundtrack is complete ass and killed my mood when I played through.

Blazed Glazed is pretty good gameplay wise, but the main villians are kinda hard to follow along with and plot is kind of boring.

VEga has very well done fakemon/world, but the gameplay is pretty shit, with routes having so many weak trainers and the gym leaders being very overpowered.

REborn/Rejuvanation/Desolation probably are my favourite gameplay-wise, but have grating characters/story. Atmosphere/soundtrack is decently well done imo.
