Phew, so much work to do. I did it up to gen IV, will finish it later and update. Some thoughts:

1) I'm glad Wigglytuff is part fairy now, it puts and end to my dilemma between it and Kangaskhan for the normal slot.

2) Gen VI is so fucking lame. Summing the fact I barely like any pokemon from some types in this gen with my autism of never letting anything unfilled other than dark in gen I and never repeating pokemon (can't choose Heatran for fire, steel and legend simultaneously, I don't even like it that much but I at least think it's decent), I ended up with a lot of pokemon I don't even like as my "favorites"...

I just finished mine, i want to rate all of you guys' but I'll do it tomorrow. this thing took literal hours and it's past 3 AM.

I was kinda surprised by how many NFEs wound up in the Johto row. It's hard for me to find Pokemon I really like in Johto as a whole, really, not that I hate any of them too much but just that none of them ever made a lasting impression. Houndour I like, though, because the hellhound has won me many a game back in the day in Pokemon Stadium 2. Had a great moveset as far as Free Battle rentals go.

I was also extremely pleased to find out that through sheer coincidence, several of my favorite pokemon from two different types were able to fit both columns because those types were adjacent.

i will always love any other fans of Sandslash ( fandslashes, if you will). and you picked Hondour too! I dunno why, but Houndoom just...overcomplicates the whole design. Not that Houndoom is even particularly complex but like, you just can't improve on perfection. A+ for a lot of cool picks. It's suprising, though, that Golduck is anyone's favorite anything. You're unique.
and clawitzer was a close second! I just love the hivemind, swarm-suit aspect of Barbaracle. I named mine "Handyman." But I gotta admit that yea I don't think there's ever been a pokemon so divisive.
