Design? Get rid of the single, forward facing horn on the helmet, and replace it with something better resembling crests on samurai helmets. Visually, the horn is associated with attacks when it shouldn't be.
Move the swords from the shoulders to the hips.
Make some fucking differentiation between the shape and musculature of the hind legs and the front legs/arms, so that it better looks like it's still somewhat bipedal, and not built to be completely quadrupedal.
