There's still Psychics. I wager there's some manifestation of every type. I imagine that's what draws certain pokemon to us. We may not necessarily shoot lightning or be able to move stuff with our minds, but it's there.

I like how the lore and descriptions for Pokemon in Sun and Moon are a lot more in depth. You'd only hear about shit like Mudbray being near extinction from Pokedex entries before this gen.
