I've had a 3DS for about 5 years now, and only recently (in the last month or so) has it started to fizz out on me. It takes about 10 seconds for it to register a game card being inserted or removed; it has one dead pixel on the top screen; and the circle pad is completely unglued from the hard-plastic stick underneath, and whenever I rub it hard enough, little flakes of it come off. I'll probably get a New 3DS within the next few months, but I'm alright with what I've got right now. Nintendo really does make sturdy, lasting hardware.
