What NPCs? That's not supposed to happen. Also, why are you secifically saying the Ditto Glitch? The Ditto Glitch is just the Mew Glitch + finding a ditto to get a specific Special stat saved.

The npc's that have disappeared so far are the rocket grunt at nugget bridge, and the officer outside the ceruleann house that got robbed.

Fucking retard. Those two are supposed to disappear when you get farther through the game. It has nothing to do with the Glitch. Also, it's only the ditto glitch if you find a ditto after using the mew glitch.
