On regards to eelektross, coil + acrobatics with sitrus berry can work wonders since he can tank pretty well without weaknesses

with Assault Vest, he's quite the tank even in defense or at least can take a hit or two. Enough to paralyze a thing at the very least, if not outright killing most Pokmon. Quite fun, really. Very versatile.

I've never tested this one out, but you could use coil's accuracy boost with zap cannon

Loved it when I played black and white, but it took forever to find tynamo and level it up. I also never knew it learned giga drain.

Caught one in Black, never regretted it, except for a brief period after catching a Tynamo and levelling it up ten times without it learning anything or evolving and I was worried it wasn't going to do either of those things. Think I ended up using it with Coil, Wild Charge, Crunch, and Acrobatics by the end of the game, but a special run is pretty good too.

No idea what he's like competitively, but as an anon above said, a Sitrus Berry + Coil would be a good way to start, followed by a powered up Bounce, Wild Charge, or Crunch. Although if you're doing competitive I'd wager Thunder Punch would be better than Wild Charge due to having no recoil damage.
