Something that can spin/defog, and something that can deal with physical attackers. A Slow volt/turner is also a big help.

Something that can disrupt the enemy team enough to give Volcarona 2 free turns is absolutely perfect.

Throw a scarf user and mega cham onto the team, then maybe some kind of defensive pivot with rocks like Clefable or Landorus-t

Tentatively, I'd say the team looks a little frail overall, and a little too special attack focused.

Quagsire has a lot of pressure to tank everything, and if he goes down the rest of the team crumbles.

That said, Magnazone can control a few prominent hazard setters, most notably Skarmory who would otherwise fuck Diancie's shit up, in addition to giving Volcarona an easy in.

Personally, I favor Latias in most situations. She wastes less of her BST, she still hits quite hard with her stabs, and can eat hits for days. Whats more, she can ease pressure on both Quagsire and Starmie, since Starmie no longer has to worry about being the only way to get Hazards off the field.
You could also probably drop Latios entirely, and replace it with something like Scizor, or Weavile. You have lots of hazard control, but Latios can only do so much with Psyshock. Weavile also handles Garchomp, 'Mence, and Tyranitar well, who are otherwise problems for this team.

So I feel like Starmie and Diancie are for sure on the team. But I still need something more physical so I think Megacham can fill that void. Weavile sounds nice just because of what it checks, and I like Clefable in general. How does that look?

I like the look of the team, a lot of my favorite Pokemon, but what would I need to replace Diancie and Weavile? Not particularly fond of those two.
