Looks fine to me

Oshawott should be a seperate family from the seals
Not bad, though I'd put Eevee with Vulpix and Fennekin. Also, why are people calling Alola Vulpix "Delta" ?

I based it on Samurott, honestly.

Thought about that, but i figured Eevee was more domesticated. Also Delta Species were a thing in the TCG where they were regular Pokemon with new types. It's easier than writing out Alolan in a tiny space to just type alt 235 to get δ

I question the legendary beasts in there, period, but personally I've always seen Raikou as the most cat-like of the three.

well good point, I figured that Entei was most like Smilodon, and Suicune I stuck with the lions because of its mane, and no other reason. Mind you, this is more science than "created from dead Eeveelutions"
Oh and please tell me if i forgot a carnivore Pokemon. I did notice we don't have any raccoon Pokemon yet, but a red panda and a tanuki, i guess that's a raccoon of a kind.

Samurott is still an otter.

I mean, Raikou has both a mane AND saber-teeth. You don't get much more cat than that.
Entei and Suicune both have manes as well, which pushes them into catish territory also.
Entei looks like it has saber-teeth, but it doesn't. Those are facial hair/crest. Honestly, things being what they are, I'd put Entei up by the Hyenas. It explains the more doggish appearance, while keeping the mane less awkwardly. It does have the weird, flat, Eevee face, but I don't think that is significant.
Suicune... I have no idea. I don't see enough relatable traits there. I'd say fuck it and dub it a cheetah, since it gets more support for its alleged speed than the others, and it could explain the slender build.
