This bad boy just needs higher stats. It has access to Shell Smash and Recover, so it could become bulky and defensive with a better type and/or ability, or it could become a shell smash sweeper glass cannon.

Persian. Meowth was one of my favorites as a kid and I loved Persian. Replaying RBY on vc bright back memories. That thing was a crit machine.
