How can Weak Armor be used in a competitive manor?

In little cup, Onix can make use of it to become retardedly fast. Strictly speaking, 21HP+Sturdy+Berry Juice is better, but It's still a thing that can be done.

No that was my experience with it in-game. Loved the thing until it evolved and got such a garbage ability especially during a nuzlocke.

I wanted to do a soul silver run with a starmie but it takes so long to find staryu.

XY was nice though since the psychic fox and cat were the only pokemon I wanted.
