But why does it matter if they're a starter? If Litten goes quadruped then it's another fire cat like Pyroar but with TIger stripes like Arcanine. Instead it's a dirty wrestler, that's more of a variation than my mom's tiger.

Every Fire starter gets a cool gimmick. It wouldn't just get bigger.

Don't tell me GameFreak isn't capable of designing a unique badass fire tiger/panther without putting it on two legs.

On a related note, we have never gotten a truly quadrupedal Fire starter evolution, and Litten was the perfect opportunity.
