If we're including the enemies then Kars gets Mew, DIO has Dialga, Bisharp, Crobat, etc, Kira Celebi, Electrode, etc Diavolo who knows, Enrico would get Dialga and others from DIO while having stuff like Rotom,Funny gets Braviary at least. Giorno gets Arceus or Heaven DIO or Novel Kars.
