The anime reference art never has those tiny doodles showing off character-relevant concepts. That stuff is on the game art because that's where the entire idea of the Pokemon is first conceptualized. The anime sheets are cleaner and just show how the Pokemon looks from different angles and with different expressions.
Also note how the Tepig anime art in >>27507548 shows its knocked-out look. That's not in the game art because those expressions are anime-only. The leaked starter evo art lacks that expression, too.
