I've seen a lot of people warm up to it too, especially when the size and concept of it became clear. Bewear has it better than some pokemon like the monkey trio.

I like the concept and name okay, but I hate how it looks in game. Especially in that shot against Pangoro. I know the design cues for pokemon are all over the place in some respects, but Bewear just sticks out like a sore thumb to my eyes.

But it doesn't hurt me in any way to have it in game and I'm glad a lot of people are enjoying it.
