I like it. It's goofy as hell, and every gen needs to have at least one goofball design. I hate one dimensional boring shit where everything is typecast as "edgy" or "plain" or "silly" or "weird." I like variety. Although, I guess every gen needs a Pokemon that you or everyone hates for whatever reason too, so I guess this one's yours. The Dragon typing does rub me the wrong way, though.
