It still looks like shit. The fake hat looks stupid, the eyes look even worse and don't really make sense (maybe if they were closed instead of being like weird goat eyes with big eyelashes), and of course it still has that giant clown nose and it keeps the big dumb cartoon teeth.

Do I like the idea behind it? Yeah, I really do. It ties into the unique ability really well. That doesn't mean it doesn't look unappealing as fuck. I'd say it was well designed if the design wasn't so goofy and whacky and cartoon-y. The same goes for several pokemon in gen 7.
