There are some points that lead me to believe this is Littens male only final Evo.
My first thought was that this are Reference sheet for the Anime, and Ash picks a male Litten.
The Girl picks female Poppmaid/Serlimaid, and the Robin Owl Design looks like it would fit a new rival/antagonist like Paul et cetera.
I need the other clues for them, anons:
The "Leak" telling about two forms of Rockruff, one being a Werewolf ("Manwolf, you see where Im going")
And I remember a Coro Coro Scan saying "The Starters and Rockruff have a common Secret!" Or something.
Lets not discuss the Design in this thread, just this theory, please.

I think gendered forms would be a little trite.
The theory I'm gunning for is the day/night evo idea.
Luchalitten is the "dirty fighter" Fire/Dark nighttime evo. Litten's daytime evo will be a volcano-themed Fire/Ground. Didn't folks find proof of ground typing for Litten in the JP website a while back?

It was from a thread months ago, when the starters were first put up on the website. Folks did some digging and found additional type graphics for Fairy and Ground. I don't have caps personally, unfortunately. Maybe someone else does though? Or it might still be in the site's code.
We pretty much know now that Popplio is going Fairy, and it wouldn't make sense for Rowlet to go Ground. So who does the Ground typing belong to?
