Leave its fucking attack alone, it's already disgusting. It just needs Speed. Just buff its Speed to 80, then dump the other points into bulk. Then its Ability will up its Speed to 160. Fucking unstoppable.

If I forgot to mention, make it a pure Steel-type. Fuck Rock-types, they're shit.
