Rotom, Megaman, Weavile and Magnezone are all OU on smogon. The other 2 are UU, which still isn't that bad considering even Salamence and Blissey are at this point.

You're gonna say some shit about how Smogon is garbage or whatever, and I won't disagree with that, but their tiers are still decent for approximating how useful a pokemon is.
