These scans heavily hint towards Alan being the first one to go down three mons, causing the field change. Weavile vs Hawlucha has to happen before Tyranitar vs Pikachu and I doubt that just Weavile and Tyranitar take down three of Ash's mons and cause the field change, especially since writing-wise it'd be bad to have Hawlucha job again.
