G/S/C on 3DS Virtual Console when?

When Nintendo is short on cash.

I actually want this. I had a ton of fun playing Yellow on VC knowing that I would be able to transfer my bros to Sun and Moon.

The problem is that with GSC you can't use glitches to complete the pokedex, which is a shame.

Probably on their 20th anniversary. Or if they have plans currently in the works they probably center around waiting for the NX to launch. With the type of system it appears to be I assume they'd roll new eshop titles for a little added incentive.

Thanks for the info m8, but obviously that's the hard part. I don't know anyone with a 3DS, and since it won't work over the internet there's no chance.
Besides, there's the Celebi issue.
