No that's what the anime calls some autistic friendship bullshit between Ash and the most popular Pokemon ever. This is an obvious 5th elemental move powered by the bracelet with gems specific to type. Its pretty apparent that we'll get an electric gem considering Pikachu is shown off using its ultimate move, maybe even a rock type gem with Rockruff as well considering the "secret" Corocoro mentioned.
