I loved the threads when this thing was revealed to be a fucking monster when everyone was hating on the design of it. I like it, it's well proportioned and even if it does walk on its eyes it just gives it an excuse to be even stronger by giving it better vision. The eyes probably have a thin cap over them as well to protect them, sort of like flygon's except less obvious.

Barbaracle hate is the easiest way to weed out plebs.

I had wanted a barnacle Poké for a long time, then was disappointed with this hideous thing. Easily one of my least favorites in the franchise.

I hated it when it first came out, it was so unappealing to me, but after actually looking at it, it's a pretty neat Pokemon with a good typing, it has a lot of stuff going on like >>27436628 points out, and it all works well to create a really unique Pokemon. I have to fess up and admit I was wrong and judged a good Pokemon too harshly.

I don't think I'll ever like Binacle though, the face is really ugly in a bad way.
