Eh, I don't want insane difficulty, just wanted to do a Nuzlocke with 721 Pokémon available to capture. I just wanted to know if I should use the Exp. Share or not, since I want to avoid having to stop and grind on wild mons. Ideally I want to be on the same level (or a couple below) as the trainers and gym leaders.

Be careful on the gym leaders. The trainers aren't too much stronger, but the gym leaders are a step above.

Yeah, I'll go through the list and write down what's the level of each gym leader's/E4's strongest Pokémon. That way I can prevent overlevling and I don't have to look the entire team each time, spoiling the surprise and difficulty.
