Is there a point to using pokeradargo.com?
people are calling it a tracker, but it seems to just be a place for people to post where they found Pokemon - what's the point? Do Pokemon spawn at the same spots every day? Will a Blastoise consistently spawn where someone caught a Blastoise before?

Certain coordinates are pokemon spawn points. They spawn hourly and remain for 15 minutes. Each spawn seems to give up the same set of pokemon at random with certain pokemon being rarer.
Every hour I can open the app on my phone and catch the one pokemon that spawns down my street.

That's odd.
There's supposedly a Snorlax that was caught down my street at 4:30. If I'm down there at 4:30 tomorrow, a Pokemon should spawn?
When you say hourly do you mean every hour on the hour, or can it be, for example, 4:34, 5:34, 6:34, etc.
