Alphamon for example only needs to hit you once to defeat it using his AlphaInforce to replay the attack as many times as needed until you're defeated, and he does it all in an instant so you don't even see it. Also some others can trap you in an inescapable pocket dimension and then destroy said dimension.

Most of Pokemon's upper legendaries would be lucky to fall into the Ultimate category by Digimon standards. Even Arceus is about on par with the more mundane Megas.

Honestly no pokemon could easily beat Wargreymon. Most legendaries could take Metalgreymon or lower but once he goes final form it's basically over. He has speed, armor, and power. Mega mewtwos and attack and speed deoxys and possibly darkrai could give him a shot but other than that nothing is fast enough
