Not really. I'm in Canada, Japan is 13 hours ahead of my province, the info is being released at 10PM in Japan. So it still won't be until 9AM on the 1st for me. I don't think there's anywhere with a big enough time difference from Japan to get the info on sunday.

Right, it definitely wasn't all the bad examples in most media inspired from tragic/sad events that frightened those poor people at a terribly young age. It was those clowns, those blood thirsty rapscallions, hunting for childrens' blood, the same color as their noses.

Shame people never bothered giving a actual shit regarding making clowns a good example for once. The "clowns are evil and creepy" trope got stale rather fast and barely anyone takes that shit seriously, it's more to take advantage of those who already had that phobia to begin with. Even nowadays, there's plenty of clown depicted as the epitome of all evil.

I guess I've seen plenty of things either depicted as good or bad, but to this day, the concept of clowns seems to be some of the few ones that is mostly portrayed as bad anywhere regardless. Talk about making people overcome their fears.

The irony behind Pinnister's design/concept is that he seems to take inspiration from bad clowns (Pennywise, Hisoka, what not), but the way how that D.I guy explained him (whether he's a quack or not), he made it sound like Pinnister was actually nicer than what his appearance made him appear to be and seemed to mostly retain Popplio's playful personality.

The best we can hope for on the 1st is finally getting an explanation on Synchro, details on one of the islands, some new characters, and maybe a couple new Pokemon. We won't be getting start second evos.

No but people have a feeling we are anyways due to some "leaks" that may or may not be real. Plus the gem 6 mid evolutions were revealed in September which is close to August so it's a similar time of year.
