Pokemon Custom Themes

I'm usually on the 3DS menu for approximately 4 seconds a day.

I haven't looked into changing theme I never thought about it

My AC themes from the Eshop are better, and my homebrew Tamamitsune themes have killer songs to make up for it.

Did it need a custom firmware or it run in the official 3DS firmware without modding/hacking?

It's just reusing images/music from dpp but it does work really well as a homemenu theme.
